Our planned maintenance gutter cleaning service covers the whole of the UK and for a wide and varied number of clients.

Our experience in gutter cleaning covers all types of properties including National chain retail and industrial outlets; distribution centres and warehouses; universities and schools; hospitals and care homes and the like.

Upon receipt of an initial enquiry we will work with you to tailor a package that suits your exact specification and requirements. For ongoing maintenance contracts we will create a suitable schedule of work for your business needs. All works are allocated a named Project Manager and are carried out by experienced two man teams who are directly employed and uniformed and fully qualified for working at height.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Prior to any works commencing a risk assessment form is completed which we will ask your Health and Safety representative to sign to confirm they are happy for the works to proceed in the agreed manner.

Should you have any safety wire systems on any of your properties these will need to hold a current certificate before they can be used to access the gutters.

OUR TEAM AND EQUIPMENT

All Working Supervisors are IPAF trained or similar and are first aiders. We own and use two cherry pickers, one 17m and one 21m5 as a standard piece of access equipment and are fully equipped with specialist safety equipment, particularly for undertaking works on fragile roofs or where sky lights are present. Additional equipment is readily available to suit each individual task.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY

Communication with our clients is a key to our ongoing success and we will endeavour to keep you fully informed of our progress before, during and upon completion of the work. Should there be any minor defects found during the course of the works, wherever possible these are rectified before we leave the site. Within 7 days of the works being carried out, digital before and after photographs of works are always provided together with reports upon on any major defects found or areas of concern.
